Main Ingredients
  • 400 g chocolate (dark or milk chocolate) Your choice of chocolate
  • 1 can condensed milk (397 g)
  • to taste Sea salt Optional, but recommended

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Melt the chocolate over low heat or in the microwave until it becomes a smooth and gooey mixture.
  2. Allow the melted chocolate to cool slightly so it doesn't scramble the condensed milk.
  3. Stir in the condensed milk until the mixture is smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into a 20x20 cm pan or a lined bread loaf pan.
  5. Dust the top with sea salt.
  6. Refrigerate for about 2 hours to set.
  7. Once set, slice into squares and serve.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. Add vanilla extract or nuts for extra flavor.
