Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven according to the instructions for the puff pastry.
  2. On a floured surface, roll out the puff pastry and cut it into desired shapes.
  3. Place cut pastry pieces on a parchment-lined baking tray and bake until golden brown.
Melting Chocolate
  1. Melt the dark chocolate over a double boiler or in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
Assembly
  1. Once cooled, fill each pastry with the silky pastry cream.
  2. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the filled pastries.
  3. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
