Ingredients
  

Brownie Batter
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Cookie Dough
  • 1 cup cookie dough (pre-made or homemade) Use slightly chilled for best results.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. Stir in the cocoa powder, flour, and salt until just mixed, then fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Spoon the brownie batter into the mini muffin pan, filling each cup about halfway.
  6. Place a small piece of cookie dough on top of each brownie batter portion.
Baking
  1. Bake for 10-12 minutes until set.
  2. Let cool before removing from the pan.

Notes

Serve slightly warm for the best texture. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
