Preparation
- Wash the strawberries gently and remove the tops to hollow them out.
- Hollow out each strawberry while ensuring they maintain their shape.
- Slice a small portion from the bottom of each berry to create a flat base.
Filling
- In a mixer, combine cream cheese, chocolate syrup, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is light and airy.
Assembly
- Transfer the filling into a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
- Pipe the rich mixture into each hollowed strawberry.
- Sprinkle mini chocolate chips or chocolate sprinkles on top, as desired.
Notes
Best enjoyed the same day; however, they can be made a day ahead and held in the refrigerator.
