Cookies
  • 1 batch Chewy Maple Cinnamon Cookies dough Prepared according to Cooking with Carlee's recipe
  • 1.5 oz Dough ball portion Weigh each dough ball for uniformity
  • as needed White chocolate melting wafers For dipping cookies
  • as needed Holly berry sprinkles For decorating cookies

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Prepare the maple cinnamon cookie dough and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Portion the dough into balls of 1.5 oz each.
Baking
  1. Preheat the oven and place cookie dough balls on light-colored baking sheets.
  2. Bake until golden edges form, then allow to cool completely.
Dipping and Decorating
  1. Melt white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl at half power until smooth.
  2. Dip half of each cooled cookie into the melted white chocolate, then place on wax paper to dry.
  3. Drizzle additional melted white chocolate over each cookie and sprinkle with holly berry adorments.
Serving
  1. Present cookies on platters and pair with tea or coffee.

Notes

For optimal texture, ensure all ingredients are at room temperature. Allow cookies to cool completely before dipping to achieve a clean finish. Consider using dark chocolate for a richer flavor.
