Forming
- Using your hands, take a generous spoonful of the mixture and roll it into small balls, about the size of a tablespoon.
- Place these balls onto a tray lined with parchment paper.
Decorating
- Melt the dark chocolate gently in a bowl over simmering water or in the microwave.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the Cherry Ripe Balls and allow them to set.
