For Garnish

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mix until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped topping until no streaks remain.
  4. Spoon half of the cream cheese mixture into serving bowls.
  5. Top with half of the cherry pie filling.
  6. Repeat layers with the remaining cream cheese mixture and cherry pie filling.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  8. Before serving, crush graham crackers and sprinkle over the top for garnish.

Notes

For a twist, try using different pie fillings like blueberry or apple. Serve chilled in clear bowls or small mason jars for appealing presentation. For extra flavor, drizzle caramel or chocolate sauce on top. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
