Ingredients
  

Seafood Filling
  • 1 lb lump crab meat
  • ½ lb chopped shrimp
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, finely sliced
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Melted butter for brushing

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Combine the lump crab meat, shrimp, cream cheese, mozzarella, cheddar, garlic, green onions, mayonnaise, and seasonings in a mixing bowl.
  2. Gently fold in the breadcrumbs and the beaten egg.
  3. Form large balls with the mixture.
Baking
  1. Lightly brush each seafood bomb with melted butter.
  2. Place them on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 22–25 minutes until deeply golden.
Serving
  1. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve warm.

Notes

These bombs can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven for best results. For a crispy outer layer, consider using an air fryer.
