Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef with cooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, milk, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with the remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese.
- Bake for approximately 25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
Notes
Serve with a side of green salad or garlic bread. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
