- Slice the bread loaf lengthwise, creating a cove for the filling. Hollow out the insides slightly and brush the inner walls with melted butter.
- Generously spoon the lobster mixture into the hollowed bread, packing it in tightly.
- Top with extra cheese and parsley for added flavor.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
