Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roast the garlic by wrapping the cloves in foil with olive oil and place in an air fryer or oven for 12-15 minutes until golden and fragrant. Mash the garlic once cooked.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, fresh parsley, dried oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Stir in the roasted garlic until well combined.
Assembly
- Spread the garlic butter mixture generously over the cut sides of both bread halves.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella, cheddar, and grated Parmesan cheeses evenly over both halves.
Baking
- Place the prepared garlic cheese bread on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and slightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
Serving
- Slice into portions and serve hot with a side of marinara sauce for dipping or as a side dish.
