Preparation
- Cook the bacon in the oven at 400°F for 20-25 minutes until golden crisp.
- Cut the chicken breast into small cubes. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, add chicken, and season with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Cook the chicken until golden and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Slice the King’s Hawaiian rolls in half. Layer the bottom halves with mozzarella cheese, cooked chicken, Alfredo sauce, more mozzarella cheese, and crumbled bacon, then place the top halves back.
- Mix melted butter with garlic powder and dried parsley, then brush over the sliders.
- Bake the sliders in an oven preheated to 350°F for 10-15 minutes until topped cheese is melted and golden.
Serving Suggestions
- Serve the sliders on a rustic board or platter, accompanied by a salad or roasted vegetables.
Notes
For added flavor, bake bacon with maple syrup. Use leftover rotisserie chicken for quicker prep. Consider adding spinach or sautéed mushrooms for extra nutrition.
