Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- Mix dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder) in a bowl.
- Add cheese and stir until combined.
Combining Ingredients
- In another bowl, whisk together milk, melted butter, and egg.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients. Stir until just combined.
- Pour the mixture into the greased loaf pan.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool, slice, and enjoy.
Notes
Serve warm with butter or alongside tomato soup. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days, or in the fridge for 4-5 days. Freeze sliced portions for up to 3 months.
