Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Spread oyster crackers evenly across a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Caramel Preparation
  1. In a saucepan, melt the butter and then add brown sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon, stirring until well mixed.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil, allowing it to thicken for 2-3 minutes.
Assembly
  1. Pour the caramel over the crackers, ensuring each cracker is coated.
  2. Sprinkle salt over the coated crackers.
