For the crust and topping
  • 12 mini Mini graham cracker crusts
  • 1 cup Oats Old-fashioned or quick oats work.
  • 1/2 cup Flour Substitute with gluten-free flour if needed.
  • 1/2 cup Butter Melted for crumb topping.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt Enhances flavor.
  • 1/2 cup Caramel sauce Store-bought or homemade.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the mini graham cracker crusts by placing them in a mini muffin tin.
  3. In a bowl, mix sliced apples with cinnamon, brown sugar, and lemon juice.
  4. Spoon the cinnamon-spiced apples into the mini crusts.
  5. In another bowl, combine oats, flour, melted butter, and salt to create a crumb topping.
  6. Sprinkle the crumb topping over the apples in each crust.
Baking
  1. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the topping is golden brown.
  2. Remove from the oven and drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
  3. Enjoy warm!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at low temperature.
