Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
- Toss the cooked chicken with 1/4 cup of buffalo wing sauce.
- Stir in the ranch dressing along with the remaining 1/4 cup of wing sauce until evenly mixed.
- On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a long rectangular shape.
- Spread the buffalo ranch sauce mixture evenly across the dough.
- Add the chicken, then layer it with shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheeses.
- Roll the dough from one side to form a log, sealing both ends tightly.
- Place the log seam-side down on a non-stick or greased baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
Serving
- Let the dish rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing into portions.
- Serve with pizza sauce, ranch or blue cheese dressing.
Notes
Wrap cooled portions tightly in plastic wrap or foil to store. Can be stored in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat in the oven at 350 degrees F.
