Prepare the Gelatin Bubbles

- Add bubblegum flavor, adjusting to taste as needed.
Frost the Cupcakes
- Frost cooled cupcakes with bubblegum frosting.
- Sprinkle with pastel star confetti and add gelatin bubbles on top.
