Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees C.
- Melt the dark chocolate and butter together over low heat until smooth.
- Stir in the sugar until dissolved.
- Incorporate the eggs one by one, mixing until smooth.
- Fold in the flour and baking powder until the mixture is homogeneous.
- Pour the mixture into a greased mold and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Allow to cool before unmolding.
Notes
Store any remaining cake in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days. For longer storage, refrigerate or freeze individual slices wrapped tightly in plastic wrap.
