Preparation

- Transfer the bacon mix into the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle the diced cooked potatoes and chopped green onions evenly over the bacon mixture.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until frothy.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bacon and potato layer.
Baking
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle the grated cheese on top and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.

- Let it cool slightly before slicing and serve warm.
Notes
