Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 pound seedless green grapes, removed from the stem and rinsed clean
  • 12 ounces Watermelon White Claw (1 1/2 cups)
  • 3 ounces vodka
  • 1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

Method

Preparation
  1. In a medium container with a lid, gently combine the seedless green grapes, watermelon White Claw, vodka, and lime juice. Let the grapes luxuriate in this spirited bath, ensuring they are fully submerged. Cover and let it rest in the refrigerator for 8 to 24 hours.
  2. Prepare a medium rimmed baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  3. In a shallow bowl, pour in the granulated sugar.
  4. After soaking, employ a strainer to drain excess liquid from the grapes.
  5. Roll each grape—6 to 8 at a time—in the sugar until lavishly coated. Transfer to the prepared sheet pan in a single layer.
  6. Place the sugar-coated grapes into the freezer for at least 2 hours or until completely frozen.
  7. Serve immediately once frozen.

Notes

Experiment with different flavors of sparkling seltzers to create unique variations. A splash of fresh herbs can enhance aroma and complexity. Infusing vodka with citrus zest adds a subtle enhancement.
