Ingredients
  

For the filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Ensure it's softened to room temperature for a smooth filling.
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries Pat dry if very wet to prevent runny filling.
For the taquitos
  • 6 small flour tortillas Flour tortillas work best for rolling.
  • 1 tbsp melted butter Brush well for crispiness.
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon sugar Adjust to taste.

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  3. Spread the filling evenly onto each tortilla and roll them tightly.
  4. Brush each rolled taquito with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
Cooking
  1. Place taquitos in the air fryer and cook at 375°F for 6-8 minutes, until golden.
  2. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with additional cinnamon sugar on top and a side of berry jam or melted chocolate.
