Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 large wheat tortillas
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate pieces Chopped if large
  • powdered sugar for dusting (optional) Use if desired for serving
  • 2 tbsp butter for greasing Softened for easy spreading
  • 1 cup small marshmallows Can be slightly smashed into chocolate

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium-low temperature.
  2. Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs.
  3. Spread softened butter on one side of each tortilla.
Cooking
  1. Place one tortilla buttered-side down on the griddle, then sprinkle marshmallows, chocolate pieces, and graham cracker crumbs evenly.
  2. Top with the second tortilla, buttered-side up.
  3. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.
  4. Flip carefully and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Transfer to a cutting board and let cool for 1 minute.
  6. Slice into wedges and dust with powdered sugar if desired.

Notes

Serve warm with milk or hot cocoa. Best enjoyed folded into wedges to capture the gooey filling.
