Preparation
- Grease a square pan (8x8 or 9x9 inch) and set aside.
- Spread the cake mix on a microwave-safe plate and microwave on high for 30 seconds; stir and repeat until it has been microwaved a total of 90 seconds. Let cool.
Cooking
- In a large microwaveable bowl, add the butter and marshmallows. Cook on high for 3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until melted.
- Add the vanilla and cooled cake mix; stir well.
- Stir in the Rice Krispies and sprinkles.
- Pour into the prepared pan and press the mixture into the pan.
- Melt the white chocolate and drizzle over the treats; top with more sprinkles if desired.
- Let cool, cut into bars and enjoy!
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. For clean edges, chill the pan briefly and use a hot knife to cut.
