  • 2 pieces ripe bananas
  • 2 cups vanilla pudding
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup vanilla wafers

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a glass jar or cup, layer the vanilla pudding at the bottom.
  2. Slice the ripe bananas and arrange a layer over the pudding.
  3. Add a layer of whipped cream on top.
  4. Crush some vanilla wafers and sprinkle on top of the whipped cream.
  5. Repeat the layers until the jar is full, finishing with whipped cream and wafer crumbles on top.
Serving
  1. Garnish with crushed vanilla wafers and place some banana slices on top for presentation.
Storage
  1. Cover the jars with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2-3 days.

Notes

For an added twist, toss in some crushed pineapple for a tropical flavor. Feel free to swap bananas for mangoes or dragon fruit for a refreshing change.
