Ingredients
  

Crust Ingredients
  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.25 cups granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cups unsalted butter, melted
Filling Ingredients
  • 2 packages cream cheese, softened (8 oz each) Soften to room temperature
  • 1 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 container whipped topping, thawed (8 oz) Can substitute with fresh whipped cream
  • 2 bananas, sliced Use ripe bananas
  • 0.5 cups crushed pineapple, drained Ensure it is well-drained to avoid a runny filling
  • 0.5 cups maraschino cherries, halved
Topping Ingredients
  • 0.25 cups chocolate syrup
  • 0.25 cups caramel sauce
  • to taste whipped cream, for garnish
  • to taste additional banana slices, maraschino cherries, and chocolate pieces for garnish Add just before serving

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes, then allow to cool.
Filling
  1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing until combined.
  3. Fold in whipped topping until smooth.
  4. Layer the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
  5. Layer with sliced bananas, crushed pineapple, and maraschino cherries.
Topping and Chilling
  1. Drizzle chocolate syrup and caramel sauce over the top.
  2. Chill the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Before serving, garnish with whipped cream, additional banana slices, cherries, and chocolate pieces if desired.

Notes

Soften the cream cheese to room temperature for a velvety filling; drain the crushed pineapple well. Chill overnight for best texture.
