- Brew a delicate cup of chamomile tea and allow it to cool.
- In a blender, combine the cooled tea, peeled and sliced banana, honey, and milk.
- Add ice cubes if desired.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass and garnish with dried chamomile leaves or a slice of banana, if desired.
Notes
