- In the same bowl, whisk in the flour, baking powder, and salt until a smooth batter forms.
- Spoon the batter into the donut pan, filling each mold generously but not to the brim.
Baking
- Bake the donuts for about 8 minutes, or until they rise and a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean.
- Let them cool for a few minutes before gently removing them from the pan.
Notes
