  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts Trimmed and halved
  • 6 slices Bacon Chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper To taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and slice them in half.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts, chopped bacon, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss until fully coated.
Cooking
  1. Spread the mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  2. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden-brown and crispy.
  3. Add minced garlic in the last 5 minutes of roasting for added flavor.
  4. Toss with grated Parmesan cheese just before serving.

Notes

For best results, cut Brussels sprouts evenly, avoid overcrowding on the baking sheet, and experiment with seasonings for variety. Store leftovers in an airtight container and enjoy within 2-3 days.
