  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Heath English toffee bits plus extra for garnish
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips plus extra for garnish
  • Apples, sliced for dipping e.g., Granny Smith, Fuji, Honeycrisp

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in toffee bits and mini chocolate chips.
  3. Sprinkle additional toffee bits and chocolate chips on top.
  4. Serve with freshly sliced apples.

Notes

For a unique twist, consider mixing in crushed pretzels. For dairy-free, use a plant-based cream cheese. Other fruits such as bananas or pears also work well. Store in an airtight container for up to three days.
