- Gradually mix in the flour and rolled oats until everything is just combined—don't over-mix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it out evenly.
Baking
- Pop it into the oven and let it bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Frosting
- While the cake cools, prepare your frosting by blending the powdered sugar, vegan cream cheese, melted vegan butter, and cinnamon in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Once the cake is completely cool, drizzle the frosting on top.
