- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, honey, apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper until well combined. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the coleslaw mix, julienned red apples, matchstick carrots, sliced green onions, dried cranberries, and slivered almonds.
- Pour the creamy dressing over the apple slaw ingredients and gently toss to combine.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a crunchier texture, add apples right before serving. Try different apple varieties for unique flavors. For a lighter version, swap mayonnaise for Greek yogurt.
