Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Rub the mixture all over the turkey breast.
Cooking
  1. Place the turkey breast in the air fryer basket.
  2. Cook for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  3. Let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Pat the breast dry before rubbing; moisture is the enemy of a crisped exterior. Use an instant-read thermometer to avoid overcooking; pull at 160°F (71°C) and rest to reach 165°F (74°C). For a subtly sweet finish, brush a teaspoon of maple syrup in the last 5 minutes.
