Preparation
- Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
- Rub the mixture all over the turkey breast.
Cooking
- Place the turkey breast in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Pat the breast dry before rubbing; moisture is the enemy of a crisped exterior. Use an instant-read thermometer to avoid overcooking; pull at 160°F (71°C) and rest to reach 165°F (74°C). For a subtly sweet finish, brush a teaspoon of maple syrup in the last 5 minutes.
