Preparation
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Place Yukon Gold Potatoes cut into ¼-inch slices in a medium mixing bowl.
- Add oil, kosher salt, garlic powder, dried Italian seasoning, and black pepper. Gently mix to coat the potatoes.
Cooking
- When the air fryer is preheated, open the air fryer and pour the potatoes into the basket in a single layer, allowing for slight overlap.
- Air fry at 400°F for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and fork tender, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove the potatoes from the air fryer to a serving dish and garnish with chopped chives or fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
Serve warm, piled on a platter, and consider adding a squeeze of lemon or a dusting of sea salt before serving. Cool completely before storing in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
