Main Ingredients
  • 1 sheet puff pastry Keep cold until ready to use.
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips Use semi-sweet or dark chocolate for richer flavor.
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts Optional, can replace with crushed graham crackers.
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar For dusting before serving.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut it into 4 equal squares.
  3. Sprinkle chocolate chips, marshmallows, and nuts (if using) evenly over half of each square.
  4. Fold the pastry over the filling and press the edges with a fork to seal.
Cooking
  1. Place the danishes in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
  2. Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Remove from the air fryer and dust with powdered sugar.
  4. Serve warm.

Notes

To refresh danishes, pop them back in the air fryer for 2–3 minutes at 300°F (150°C). Cool completely before storing in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
