Preparation

- Cut the zucchinis into fry-shaped pieces.

- Dredge the zucchini pieces in the cheese mixture until well coated.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil.
- Place the coated zucchini fries in the basket in a single layer.
- Spray the tops lightly with olive oil.
Cooking
- Cook for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

- Serve hot with a trio of dipping sauces: lemon-garlic aioli, smoky harissa yogurt, or classic marinara.
Notes
Pat the zucchini dry before coating for better adhesion. Don't overcrowd the basket to ensure even browning. Use fresh Parmesan for the best texture.
