Ingredients
  

Cheesecake Base
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Bring to room temperature for easy mixing.
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Base and Toppings
  • 6 pieces vanilla wafer cookies One for each silicone liner.
  • 1/4 cup sour cream Optional for topping.
  • Fresh berries Optional for garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add egg and vanilla, mix well.
  4. Place a vanilla wafer in each silicone cupcake liner.
  5. Pour cheesecake batter over wafers, filling 3/4 full.
Cooking
  1. Air fry for 12-15 minutes until set.
  2. Cool completely before serving.
Serving
  1. Top with sour cream and berries if desired.
  2. Serve with a linen napkin and a pitcher of sweet tea nearby.

Notes

Store cooled cheesecakes in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. If topped with sour cream or berries, keep them on the side until ready to serve to maintain texture.
