Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup raspberry jelly or substitute with other flavors

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and spritz the basket with oil spray.
  2. Open the tube of biscuits and arrange them in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space for air to flow.
  3. Lightly spray the biscuits with oil spray.
Cooking
  1. Air fry the biscuits for 5-6 minutes or until they are golden brown.
  2. While the donuts are cooking, add the jelly to a piping bag fitted with a long tip.
  3. Once the biscuits are cooked, remove them from the air fryer basket and quickly dunk them in melted butter.
  4. Toss the buttered donuts in granulated sugar to coat them.
  5. Use the piping bag to fill the center of each donut with jelly. Serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 24 hours. Refrigerate for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in the air fryer at 300°F for 2-3 minutes before serving. Use room-temperature biscuits for even cooking and avoid overcrowding the basket.
