Preparation
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
- Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts if using.
Cooking
- Scoop the batter into small balls and place them in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the cookies are set and slightly gooey in the center.
- Let them cool in the basket for a few minutes before removing.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving if desired.
Notes
Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. Add a slice of bread to keep them soft. For longer storage, freeze cooled cookies in a single layer for 1 hour, then transfer to a freezer bag for up to 2 months; thaw at room temperature. Don't overcrowd the air fryer basket for best results.
