Method
 

Preparation
  1. Peel, core, and cut the fresh pineapple into rings or chunks.
  2. Toss the pineapple pieces with brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F for 3 to 5 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Arrange the pineapple pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  2. Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until caramelized and golden brown.
  3. Keep an eye on the pineapple to prevent overcooking.
Serving
  1. Warm from the basket, drizzle a little honey over the top and serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a dessert.
