- Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Whisk melted butter with sugar; add eggs and vanilla and mix until smooth.
- Stir in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder until combined.
- Pour batter into a greased, parchment-lined pan that fits your air fryer.
- Air fry for 15–18 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool, then slice and serve.
Notes
Store cooled brownies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. For longer keeping, wrap tightly and freeze up to 2 months; thaw on the counter or warm briefly in the air fryer. Fold in nuts or chocolate chips for added flavor.
