Ingredients
  

For the brownie batter
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted Melted for mixing
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder For chocolate flavor
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour Do not overmix
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. Whisk melted butter with sugar; add eggs and vanilla and mix until smooth.
  3. Stir in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder until combined.
  4. Pour batter into a greased, parchment-lined pan that fits your air fryer.
  5. Air fry for 15–18 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  6. Cool, then slice and serve.

Notes

Store cooled brownies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. For longer keeping, wrap tightly and freeze up to 2 months; thaw on the counter or warm briefly in the air fryer. Fold in nuts or chocolate chips for added flavor.
