Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 3.7 lb boneless turkey breast
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • ½ teaspoon rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method

Preparation
  1. Remove the boneless turkey from its mesh casing and lay it flat (butterflied) on a plate or workstation.
  2. Pat it dry on both sides with a kitchen paper towel.
  3. In a small bowl, combine parsley, rosemary, thyme, oregano, onion powder, garlic powder, lemon pepper seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  4. Drizzle olive oil on the boneless turkey and rub it all over. Divide the seasoning mix into two and rub each half on both sides of the turkey breast.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 365°F (180°C) for 5 minutes. Spray or brush the air fryer basket with cooking oil.
  2. Carefully place the seasoned turkey skin side up in the air fryer basket and cook for 40-50 minutes, flipping halfway through. Ensure the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F (74°C).
Serving
  1. Remove the turkey from the air fryer and transfer it to a plate. Cover loosely with foil and let it rest for 10-20 minutes before slicing.

Notes

For a festive touch, serve with cranberry sauce or try a stuffed version for special occasions. Use a meat thermometer for accurate cooking.
