Preparation
- Remove the boneless turkey from its mesh casing and lay it flat (butterflied) on a plate or workstation.
- Pat it dry on both sides with a kitchen paper towel.
- In a small bowl, combine parsley, rosemary, thyme, oregano, onion powder, garlic powder, lemon pepper seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Drizzle olive oil on the boneless turkey and rub it all over. Divide the seasoning mix into two and rub each half on both sides of the turkey breast.
Cooking
- Preheat your air fryer to 365°F (180°C) for 5 minutes. Spray or brush the air fryer basket with cooking oil.
- Carefully place the seasoned turkey skin side up in the air fryer basket and cook for 40-50 minutes, flipping halfway through. Ensure the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F (74°C).
Serving
- Remove the turkey from the air fryer and transfer it to a plate. Cover loosely with foil and let it rest for 10-20 minutes before slicing.
Notes
For a festive touch, serve with cranberry sauce or try a stuffed version for special occasions. Use a meat thermometer for accurate cooking.
