  • 1 teaspoon salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper Freshly ground is recommended.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and dry the baby potatoes, then cut them in halves or quarters depending on their size.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and rosemary (if using).
Cooking
  1. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  2. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
  3. Remove from the air fryer, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

Cool completely before storing in an airtight container for up to 3 days. To reheat, spread on the air fryer basket at 375°F (190°C) for 5-8 minutes.
