  • 2 large apples, sliced into wedges Choose firm varieties like Honeycrisp, Fuji, or Gala.
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Cooking spray For air fryer basket
  • Optional: caramel sauce for dipping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash, core, and slice apples into 1/4-inch thick wedges.
  2. In a bowl, mix sugar, cinnamon, and cornstarch.
  3. Toss apple wedges in the mixture until fully coated.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 380°F and spray the basket with cooking spray.
Cooking
  1. Arrange apples in a single layer and cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  2. Remove, cool slightly, and serve with optional caramel sauce.

Notes

Best served warm with optional dipping sauces like caramel or vanilla yogurt. Can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days and re-crisped in the air fryer.
