  • 1 cup powdered sugar Sift if compacted to avoid lumps.
  • 1/4 cup butter Bring to room temperature for better blending.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Can adjust to taste.

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the peanut butter and butter until smooth.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a lined 8x8 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
  5. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

Serve chilled or at cool room temperature. Wrap individually in parchment or waxed paper for storage. Keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks, or freeze for longer storage.
