Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 2 cups healthy Nutella or any chocolate hazelnut spread You can replace with almond butter or peanut butter for variation.
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup Use more if the batter is too thick.
  • 3/4 cup coconut flour You can substitute with all-purpose flour in reduced quantity.
  • 2 cups chocolate chips Any kind of chocolate chips can be used.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line a large plate or tray with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine chocolate spread, maple syrup, and coconut flour. Mix until a smooth and thick batter forms.
  3. If the batter is too thick, add more syrup or some milk.
  4. Using your hands, form small balls with the cookie dough and place on the lined plate/tray, pressing them into small cookie shapes.
Chilling
  1. Place the cookies in the freezer to firm up.
Coating
  1. Melt the chocolate chips.
  2. Remove the cookies from the freezer and dip each one in the melted chocolate using two forks until completely covered.
  3. Refrigerate until the chocolate coating has firmed up.

Notes

Store cookies in a covered container at room temperature for up to two weeks, in the fridge for longer, or in the freezer for up to six months. Enjoy with ice cream or coffee to elevate the experience!
