Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the yogurt and eggs until smooth.
- Sprinkle in the cornstarch, vanilla, and sugar (if using), then mix until you have a lump-free batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes until set and golden.
- Allow to cool before slicing.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for three days or in the refrigerator for about a week. Can be frozen for up to three months.
