Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and lightly grease an 8x8 inch metal pan before lining it with parchment paper.
- Microwave the Nutella for 30 seconds until warm and runny.
- Stir in the two eggs until the mixture is smooth, well-combined, and slightly thickened.
- Fold in the flour until just combined.
Baking
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top evenly.
- Bake for 16 to 20 minutes, or until the edges pull away from the pan and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs.
Cooling and Serving
- Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack before slicing and serving.
- Serve warm, optionally topped with vanilla ice cream or powdered sugar.
Notes
Add a pinch of salt or a splash of vanilla extract for enhanced flavor. You can also toss in nuts or swirl in caramel or peanut butter for variations.
