Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the brown sugar and softened butter until smooth and fluffy.
- Gradually add the flour and mix until well combined.
- Roll dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each.
- Flatten each ball slightly with a fork.
Baking
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
These cookies can be served with chilled milk or tea. Store them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. For longer storage, freeze the dough balls before baking.
