  • 1/4 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar Best for melt-in-your-mouth texture
  • 7 tbsp Butter Should be softened but not melted

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, cream the softened butter with the powdered sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Gradually add the all-purpose flour into the butter-sugar mixture, mixing gently until a cohesive dough forms.
  3. Shape the dough into a log, wrap it in parchment paper, and chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. Slice the chilled dough into 1 cm thick pieces and arrange them in the air fryer basket.
  3. Air fry the cookies at 320°F (160°C) for about 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden-brown.

Notes

Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for a few days. Keep an eye on the cookies towards the end of cooking to avoid over-browning. Variations include adding vanilla extract or chocolate chips.
