- Gradually add the all-purpose flour into the butter-sugar mixture, mixing gently until a cohesive dough forms.
- Shape the dough into a log, wrap it in parchment paper, and chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
Cooking
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Slice the chilled dough into 1 cm thick pieces and arrange them in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry the cookies at 320°F (160°C) for about 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden-brown.
Notes
Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for a few days. Keep an eye on the cookies towards the end of cooking to avoid over-browning. Variations include adding vanilla extract or chocolate chips.
