Preparation
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss brie cubes in flour, then dip in beaten egg, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Lightly spray or brush the air fryer basket with olive oil.
- Place breaded brie cubes in a single layer in the air fryer.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy.
- While cooking, mix honey and red pepper flakes in a small bowl.
- Drizzle hot honey over the crispy brie bites before serving.
Notes
Serve warm and enjoy with baguette slices, toasted nuts, or thyme. For added flavor, sprinkle salt on top. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days and re-crisp before serving.
